Job Summary

The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing global partner marketing activities, working closely with the Global Head of Partnerships and the Global Marketing team. This role requires an individual who can efficiently manage logistics for global partner events and conferences, create compelling partner collaterals, and collaborate seamlessly with regional partner managers. Proficiency in HubSpot and a strong background in partner marketing within the martech are essential.

Your main Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Partner Marketing Plans: Collaborate with partners to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with global objectives, including co-branded campaigns, events, content, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the main point of contact for marketing activities. Ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and execution.
  • Global Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure global marketing campaigns with partners, including email marketing, webinars, social media, and other digital channels. Optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Content and Collateral Development: Create and manage partner collaterals such as newsletters, go-to-market (GTM) plans, joint value propositions (JVP), case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and videos to drive engagement and highlight partnership value.
  • Event Coordination: Manage logistics for global partner events and conferences, coordinating with regional partner managers to ensure successful execution and follow-up for maximum lead generation and brand visibility.
  • HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, campaign tracking, and performance reporting. Ensure efficient use of the platform to support partner marketing activities.
  • Performance Reporting: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and partners.

You should have

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in partner marketing, preferably within the loyalty sector. Experience with global marketing initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop partnerships through co-marketing and collaboration.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
