Job Summary
The Partner Success Manager will take ownership of partners enrolled in our academy course, driving their success through completion and beyond. This role involves setting and achieving soft targets related to academy completions, project success timings, and costs. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to conduct demos, and experience in people management. Regular updates to the Marketing team on partner statuses and changes will also be a key responsibility.
Your main Responsibilities
- Ownership of Partner Academy Success: Oversee the progress of partners through the academy course, ensuring they achieve their learning objectives and complete the program successfully.
- Setting and Achieving Targets: Establish soft targets for the number of academy completions, project success timings, and costs. Monitor progress and implement strategies to meet or exceed these targets.
- Status Updates: Regularly update the Marketing team on the status of partners within the academy, including any changes or milestones achieved.
- Project Management: Take ownership of various partner-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate with different departments to align efforts and achieve project goals.
- Demo Skills: Conduct product demos and training sessions for partners to ensure they fully understand and can utilize our solutions effectively.
- People and Relationship Management: Demonstrate skills through management of partners going through academy courses and establish a Voice of the Partner program.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure alignment on objectives and streamline efforts towards common goals.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve partner performance and satisfaction, contributing to overall company success.
You should have
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or a related role. Experience in project management and people management is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and training sessions.
- Ability to set and achieve targets related to project success and partner performance.
- Experience with CRM, particularly Hubspot, and project management software.
- Personal Attributes:
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong people skills
