The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven enterprise SaaS salesperson to join an award-winning, innovative company during an exciting growth phase. You will own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts across EMEA, selling into large organizations.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders - from VPs to C-Suite - guiding them through complex, multi-threaded sales processes and positioning Antavo as the strategic choice for customer loyalty transformation.

You will be our prospect’s trusted advisor and will be leading a repeatable, data-driven sales process with lots autonomy in your everyday job.

I’m looking for a high-performing quota carrying sales professional to help us expand our footprint in the EMEA. You’ll be selling to some of the most recognized brands in the world, and you’ll have the support of a top-tier global team.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle for your pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities.
- Develop relationships across multiple stakeholders, including VP and C-Suite executives in marketing, digital, IT, and loyalty.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline via partner-led opportunities, inbound leads, and self-generated prospects. - Lead compelling product demonstrations (with our US based Solutions Consultant support) and deliver persuasive, value-based proposals.
- Collaborate with our partnerships, marketing, and customer success teams to execute account-based selling strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs
- Accurately forecast revenue and maintain disciplined hygiene.
- Represent Antavo at key industry events, webinars, and prospect-specific initiatives.
- You’ll work closely with our team in the sales cycle. You like to think critically and communicate. You’re comfortable providing ongoing feedback to your colleagues
You Should Have:
- 3+ years of experience selling complex enterprise SaaS (Martech, Loyalty, or CRM preferred) into large global brands.
- Proven success managing
deals with multiple decision-makers and enterprise level contract values. - Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Experience navigating partner ecosystems and co-selling strategies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the drive to build and grow your own territory.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in a high-growth B2B scale-up environment.
- Network and contacts in retail, QSR, travel, or entertainment verticals.
- Understanding of eCommerce and retail retention strategies.
- Ability to credibly discuss technical topics such as data integration (connectors, APIs, SDKs), compliance, and security.
