Develop product ideas and solutions based on user interest and experience collaborating closely with Product Designers and Platform Engineers.
Collaborate with designers to implement animations and micro-interactions to elevate the user experience and increase engagement.
Utilize your expertise in Frontend technologies to architect scalable and efficient solutions, focusing on performance, reliability and quality.
Take charge of product quality testing throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
Support developers during feature launches, by collaborating with designers to resolve issues that may arise.
Uphold the product's integrity as its guardian, striving for utmost relevance, seamlessness, and excellence to deliver an exceptional developer experience.
Offer not just problem identification but proactive solutions that enrich the developer experience.
Perform market analysis on competing products and brands to provide key insights in aiding strategy.
Proficient in browser rendering techniques to optimize user interface experiences and ensure seamless functionality across various web platforms.
Optimize the frontend codebase for performance, focusing on Core Web Vitals (Largest Contentful Paint, First Input Delay, Cumulative Layout Shift) and other key metrics to ensure a fast, responsive, and visually stable user experience.
Integrate accessible design principles into frontend development, including semantic HTML markup, ARIA attributes, and first-class keyboard support.
Requirements
Competent in core front-end programming languages like HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Passion for crafting beautiful transitions, animations and micro-interactions in our product and website.
3+ years of professional experience in product engineering or a similar role
Knowledge of product management methodologies like Agile product development, ability to scope and plan projects
Experience in contributing towards a design system
A portfolio that demonstrates experience in working on top-notch products with an eye for detail
Experience partnering cross-functionally to release features, products, and/or services within a tight timeframe
Takes pride in creating an exceptional developer experience
Strong eye for visual details and verbal communication skills
Strong feeling of ownership and bias for action to help raise the bar of quality across the team
