We’re looking for a T-shaped B2B Growth Marketer—someone who thrives on hands-on execution across multiple marketing channels and B2B tactics. This is a rare, high-impact role ideal for an ex-startup growth marketer with experience targeting B2B/B2D enterprise audiences. You should be obsessed with overachieving, growth strategies, and analytics.Responsibilities- Define and optimize our enterprise lead generation motion in collaboration.- Lead and execute ABM, CROs, performance marketing, and B2B lead generation campaigns—hands-on, data-driven execution.- Analyze and optimize marketing performance—deep dive into analytics to refine channel strategy and conversion rates.- Identify and establish strategic partnerships—affiliates, co-marketing, and industry collaborations.- Drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition across multiple channels.- Run structured growth experiments to validate hypotheses, optimize conversion rates, and increase net revenue retention.- Build and manage our growth tech stack for automation, analytics, and campaign management.Required Skills & Experience- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in B2B revenue attribution, marketing attribution modeling, HubSpot reporting, and GA4 analytics.- Hands-on ABM and multi-touch marketing experience, including campaign execution, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration.- Performance marketing expertise, covering ad setup, creative strategy, optimization, and in-depth reporting.- Proven experience in demand generation, including webinars, enterprise events & conferences, whitepapers, and content-driven lead acquisition.- Experience marketing to enterprise B2B audiences/ICPs, with a deep understanding of long sales cycles and complex decision-making processes.- Affiliate and partnership marketing experience.- 5+ years in growth marketing, PMM, or B2B/SMB SaaS marketing, focused on demand creation, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth.- Experience building and managing a marketing tech stack for automation, reporting, and optimization.- Strong understanding of developer or technical audience marketing.- Portfolio of successful (or unsuccessful) B2B/SMB/enterprise marketing campaigns and experiments.About You- You thrive across all areas of growth (not just performance or product marketing).- You’re technically curious.- You iterate relentlessly with an experimentation mindset and optimize for impact.- You’re highly autonomous and take ownership.- You focus on business impact and alignment with revenue.- You deliver quality work at speed, leveraging AI and automation.- You take initiative and thrive in a startup environment.- If you’re an ex-startup founder, we definitely want to talk.Why Join Cerbos?- Cerbos is at the forefront of the rapidly growing authorization industry and is open-source first.- High-impact role—shape the future of our growth strategy.- Fully remote—work from anywhere, with a diverse global team.- Founded by experienced leaders; well-funded startup backed by world-class investors.- Opportunities for travel and speaking engagements.- Competitive salary and perks.How to Apply- Send your CV, your B2B marketing portfolio (work examples), and your answer to: What was your most successful B2B campaign?- Email: join.us@cerbos.dev.
