Certifaction has developed a unique, privacy-first eSigning solution trusted by leading organizations in various industries. Founded in 2020, Certifaction is headquartered in the heart of Zurich, next to Zurich main station.

Your Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Certifaction, you will:

• Produce our monthly financials (monthly close and reporting pack)
• Orchestrate the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee the office management
• Drive special projects or initiatives on behalf of the leadership team

Your Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in finance
• You have several years of experience in controlling and accounting ideally acquired in SaaS companies 
• You like to get things done, you’re well organized, and can work independently with a solution-driven mindset
• You are willing to come to the office at least once a week
• You have the ability to write stylistically impeccable in German and have a very good command of spoken and written English
