ÜBER DIE POSITION
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) (m/f/d) for the Dutch market to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and goal-oriented professional who will be responsible for the initial qualification of potential customers making inquiries via inbound channels. This role does not require cold calling. The position is limited to 3-6 months with the possibility of extension.
HIER IST DEIN EINSATZ GEFRAGT
  • First contact and initial qualification of leads generated through our inbound marketing channels.
  • Needs analysis of potential customers to ensure their requirements and expectations are effectively communicated to the sales team.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication and follow up.
  • Working with the sales team to ensure the handover of qualified leads is smooth.
  • Utilizing the CRM system (Salesforce) to document all customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Continuously monitor the market and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.
DIESE WÜNSCHE HABEN WIR AN DICH
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch at native speaker level and very good knowledge of German or English.
  • Experience in sales or customer contact is desirable but not essential.
  • A basic understanding of components and CNC manufacturing is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional customer visits and events.
