Your mission
As a Customer Success Operations Intern, you will play a key role in helping our Customer Success team scale effectively.
You will support daily operational workflows and contribute to improving internal processes, working closely with the Customer Success and Operations team, and other cross-functional partners such as Data and Account Management teams.

What will be your day to day:
Maintain and update customer and deal data in HubSpot to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support customer lifecycle tracking, portfolio management, and quarterly forecasting reports.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting views to monitor team performance and customer metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer data and processes.
Support process documentation and help identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Contribute to operational projects, such as tool integrations and workflow improvements.
Take ownership of small, well-defined initiatives to improve the efficiency of our customer success operations.
