What will be your day to day
Own and execute the company’s sales strategy, leading integrated go-to-market initiatives to land new customers, expand existing accounts, and drive predictable year-over-year ARR growth for Codacy.
Achieve and be accountable for annual ARR targets and pipeline, establishing clear revenue goals, funnel metrics, and KPIs, supported by accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance dashboards.
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing, diverse revenue organization, including Account Executives, Account Managers, RevOps and BDRs.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment on positioning, pricing, roadmap priorities, and the end-to-end customer success
Define, optimize, and manage the end-to-end sales process, setting and tracking funnel metrics while balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
Coach and mentor senior leaders and frontline managers, driving performance, accountability, and continuous talent development across the organization.
