Your mission
We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Revenue team. This role will involve managing our Account Executives, Account Managers, Business Development Representatives and Revenue Operations.

What will be your day to day

  • Own and execute the company’s sales strategy, leading integrated go-to-market initiatives to land new customers, expand existing accounts, and drive predictable year-over-year ARR growth for Codacy.

  • Achieve and be accountable for annual ARR targets and pipeline, establishing clear revenue goals, funnel metrics, and KPIs, supported by accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance dashboards.

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing, diverse revenue organization, including Account Executives, Account Managers, RevOps and BDRs.

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment on positioning, pricing, roadmap priorities, and the end-to-end customer success

  • Define, optimize, and manage the end-to-end sales process, setting and tracking funnel metrics while balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.

  • Coach and mentor senior leaders and frontline managers, driving performance, accountability, and continuous talent development across the organization.

Your profile
  • Demonstrated second-line leadership experience leading strategic sales and marketing organizations, with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining both senior leaders and high-performing individual contributors.

  • Extensive experience selling into core target markets, with the ability to navigate complex buying environments and enterprise or mid-market accounts.

  • Strong background executing land-and-expand sales motions across diverse customer segments, successfully driving both initial adoption and long-term account expansion.

  • Ability to drive bottom-up adoption (developer- or team-led) as well as top-down, executive-driven adoption, adapting approaches based on customer use cases and the value delivered by our products.

  • Progressive experience in software sales leadership, preferably within developer tools, DevOps, or open-source–driven ecosystems.

  • Proven success partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership to influence roadmap priorities, align on customer needs, and deliver effective go-to-market execution.

  • Recognized for integrity, initiative, and principled leadership, with a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented management style.

  • Highly adaptable, professional, and self-motivated, with the ability to operate effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional leadership team.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to support customers, teams, and strategic initiatives.
