About CRU Kafe:At CRU Kafe, we believe coffee should be better: better tasting, better for the planet, and better for the people who grow it. Based in London and certified organic, CRU Kafe is on a mission to bring exceptional, sustainable coffee to homes, hotels, and offices around the world. Predominantly Nespresso pods but also single serve bags, beans and grounds. We're now expanding our Out of Home (OOH) business across the U.S. – and we're looking for a sharp, connected business development expert to help us grow in the premium hospitality space. CRU can already be found across tens of thousands of hotel rooms in UK, Europe and US, with US expansion as a key focus.
The Role:We’re seeking a part-time Business Development Consultant with proven success in B2B sales and a strong network across the luxury hotel and hospitality sector. Based in the New York area, you’ll be instrumental in introducing CRU Kafe to the U.S. market, helping us forge relationships with hotels, boutique chains, high-end restaurants, and other premium venues. This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven, fast-growing brand and shape how America wakes up to better coffee.
What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and target high-potential hospitality and hotel accounts across the U.S.
  • Leverage your existing network to secure strategic placements and partnerships.
  • Represent CRU Kafe at key industry events, tastings, and client meetings.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified B2B leads, working closely with our UK team.
  • Provide market insight to inform product, pricing, and positioning strategy.
  • Champion the CRU Kafe brand and sustainability ethos in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within F&B or hospitality.
  • A strong network within premium hotels/hospitality in New York and key U.S. markets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and flexibly
  • Passion for sustainable, high-quality products – bonus if you’re a coffee lover
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, trade shows, and brand activations
  • Prior experience launching or scaling a brand in a new market is a plus
