🧠 What you might bring:

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines (e.g., CX, Finance Operations), ideally in a startup or hyper-growth environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to build relationships both online and in person
  • Proven ability to identify and land high-quality candidates - right people, right team, right time
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - flexible, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable adjusting when priorities shift
  • Data-savvy and analytical - able to track trends, measure results, and make evidence-based recommendations
  • Experienced in managing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and others to increase candidate engagement
  • Talent and Ops mindset - able to spot dependencies, remove bottlenecks, and improve processes across the business
  • Growth mindset - resilient, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellence in every stage of the candidate experience

🎯 What success looks like here:

  • You build strong relationships across the business and gain trust as a go-to recruiting partner
  • You take ownership of your work, balancing focus and agility to hit your targets
  • You create inclusive candidate pipelines that help shape diverse and high-performing teams
  • You contribute to team culture and process improvements - helping us scale smarter, faster, and better
