Role Purpose

The role will be a key in a supporting role for projects and critical functions within the Strategic Operations team reporting to the Senior Product Operations Manager .

The ideal candidate will have experience with building strong internal and external relationships, driving process improvements, delivering projects on time or ahead of time, excellent communication skills among others. As a member of the Strategic Operations Team, you'll help us carry out and improve many of the day to day processes that keep things running smoothly. You'll work closely with the rest of the operations team and stakeholders in other teams. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end fulfilment operation, ensuring customers receive their physical cards on time and to quality standards, while driving continuous improvements in quality, costs reduction and process.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key vendors, including performance oversight, contract adherence, and support strategic partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving critical vendors, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Support and other teams to deliver operational excellence.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements to build scalable, streamlined, and automated operational workflows; champion best practices across the organisation.
  • Oversee operational reporting, ensuring metrics, dashboards, and performance insights are accurate, timely, and used to support decision-making at leadership level.
  • Own the creation and governance of operational documentation, ensure internal process documentation is comprehensive, up to date, and easy for users to consume.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite, with the ability to analyse complex datasets and translate insights into actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise, with a track record of using data to inform operational decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive high-performance outcomes, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Confident in facilitating project meetings, driving accountability, tracking actions, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple owners.
  • Experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholders and building strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Prior experience in an operations leadership or management role (or equivalent) is preferred.

Requirements

  • This role will be required to attend either our London (Paddington) or Bristol office, 3 days per week (minimum)
