As a Channel Account Executive you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of CyberSmart’s Channel Partners.

Success will be based on building strong relationships with the key decision makers and / or recommenders through regular communication. You will be required to identify new opportunities within the Partner base, increase customer satisfaction and ensure the Partner’s opportunities are supported all the way to closed won.

You will work closely with Channel Account Managers and the Distribution Manager to support with partner growth and enablement.

  • Support the Channel function with day to day activities of Distributors and Channel partners
  • Provide effective and proactive Account Management support to Partners at all times
  • Establish regular and effective communication your partner portfolio, working with marketing to identify high potential accounts
  • Engage the wider team as required to fully support your Partners and help close new business opportunities as appropriate
  • Use Salesforce to track all progress and opportunities of your accounts
  • Maximise revenues, retain existing business, and identify and close new opportunities.
  • Identify and drive partner-led opportunities
  • Work with our partners to generate prospective customers through channel campaigns and channel promotions and account mapping activities
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to help channel partners demonstrate solution selling techniques, uncover prospect and customer challenges and deliver valuable solutions.
  • Operate as part of a channel sales team toward reaching monthly and quarterly sales quota
