About the Role
Point of sale finance is growing at an exceptional rate, replacing traditional transaction and lending models, presenting significant opportunities to banks, intermediaries, retailers, and ecosystem players who can capitalise on this change.
Divido, as a white label lending platform, is uniquely positioned to help partners capture the market and already has a rapidly growing list of global banks and payment intermediaries that whitelabel and sell the Divido retail finance platform to their own merchant base.
As Divido’s Partnerships Director, you’ll lead the formulation and execution of Divido’s commercial partnerships strategy, engaging with a range of partners across the ecosystem to drive the distribution, deployment, and adoption of Divido’s solution.

Responsibilities

  • Securing distribution partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, and aggregators
  • Activate existing distribution partnerships to ensure existing PSPs become ongoing lead generators.
  • Secure new, and manage existing, referral partners to generate leads and help win business
  • Develop a structured and well thought out partnership strategy that grows partners from distribution agreements to a fully integrated product partnership
  • Exploring additional partnerships channels beyond PSP and acquirers to drive more value to merchants
  • Enabling PSPs, acquirers, aggregators to offer a white label solution to merchants
  • Educate, inform, and partner with strategic consultancy firms advising banks and merchants in BNPL to ensure Divido is well-positioned as both a thought leader and a potential technology partner
  • Work with internal Divido stakeholders to develop a compelling partner's value proposition.
  • Influence internal product roadmap to ensure partners needs are met

Requirements

  • Proven success (10+ years) with a combination of experience across Product, Sales and or Partnerships
  • A self starter with the ability to drive forward the partnership strategy with minimal supervision.
  • A thought leader, with a detailed understanding of the payments ecosystem and commercial landscape and the ability to design an execute a comprehensive partnership strategy
  • Highly consultative, with the ability to blend technical and commercial insight to build innovative partnership offerings and solutions
  • A highly collaborative team player with the desire to invest in your colleagues and our culture - curious to understand and influence how all parts of the organisation work together to deliver a better result for our customers.
  • Flexible, resilient with the self drive and determination to embrace the exciting challenges of a start-up
