To power this growth, we're thrilled to welcome a star performer who is early in their career and who wants to grow with a promising startup. You'll report directly to the Head of Operations, and work closely with our leadership team. We take pride in our energetic, smart, and fun team - we can’t wait to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Being responsible for our viewer network, you will:

• manage the operational expansion of our viewer network, including sourcing, onboarding and support (viewers are independent contractors viewing the properties on our behalf)
• monitor and mitigate viewer churn
• manage and optimise viewer fees
• monitor and manage unassigned viewings
• approve media content (pictures and videos) uploaded from our viewers
• co-ordinate viewings to support other functions
• own key metrics, taking an analytical approach to decision making
• identify ongoing areas for improvement in our tools and processes to achieve operational excellence
• work closely with our Product and Tech teams to continuously optimise operational processes

Qualifications:

• Fluent French & English, based in our London office 5 days a week
• Screening, onboarding and team coordination experience
• Familiarity with real estate and/or financial services is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in providing exemplary customer service
• Strong attention to detail
• A hard-working, organised, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to add value to the team
• Enjoys the hustle environment of a very early stage start-up
• Brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Must be available to work in the UK without sponsorship
