As part of this exciting journey, we're looking for a driven individual to join our investment team as an Investment Manager. This role is a phenomenal opportunity to become a cornerstone of a vibrant and expanding team.

Key Skills:

• Close Collaboration: Working closely with internal partners and external service providers to enhance their performance and ensure alignment with the business plan.
• Portfolio Oversight: Manage a residential property portfolio, overseeing tenant relations, property inspections, and site managers.
• Lease Compliance and Amendments: Ensure compliance of existing leases, update databases, and contribute to amending clauses for new lettings.
• Financial Management: Handle service charge budget reconciliation, collaborate with Finance for rent and service charge collection, and manage recoverable/non-recoverable expenditure.
• Coordination: Collaborate on contract management, tenant fit-outs, and insurance responsibilities. Coordinate with external agents, suppliers, and occupiers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
• Professional Experience: Having 3-7 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management or similar.
• Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems with logical thinking, showcasing analytical prowess.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, essential for crafting compelling narratives and interacting with various stakeholders.
• Ownership and Growth Mindset: A willingness to own their areas of responsibility and drive high standards and performance.
