The Opportunity:

We are building our commercial team and seeking multiple driven and ambitious individuals with varying levels of experience to join us as Partnership Managers or Associates. This team is one of our fastest-growing divisions, unlocking new markets and forging partnerships to extend our platform offerings. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and closing partnerships, structuring collaborative products with partners, and maintaining strong relationships. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of structuring deals, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with the founder/CEO to extend DoorFeed’s platform offerings to real estate investment managers and family offices.
  • Deal Structuring and Closing: Work closely with partners and DoorFeed’s Investment Managers to structure mutually beneficial deals and products that meet partners’ investment mandates.
  • Negotiation: Support the CEO in negotiations with potential partners, serving as the primary point of contact and managing the entire process from initial contact to agreement closure.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with partners, staying attuned to their needs and developments in line with DoorFeed’s platform offerings.
  • Problem Solving: Creatively connect the dots to uncover and structure innovative deals with partners, ensuring alignment with their investment needs and DoorFeed’s offerings, driving mutual growth.
  • Strategic Partnership Planning: Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic growth plan, identifying and prioritising key partnerships that will drive growth, market penetration, and product innovation.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
  • Professional Experience: 2-7 years of relevant experience in a leading investment bank, management consultancy firm, or real estate brokerage in a client-facing role, demonstrating high performance in a demanding environment.
  • Ownership: An expressed love for ownership, responsibilities and autonomy.
  • Resilience: A self-starter who is not afraid of rejections and demonstrates grit and perseverance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, essential for crafting compelling narratives and interacting with various stakeholders.
