The Opportunity:

We are building our commercial team and seeking multiple driven and ambitious individuals with varying experience levels to join us as Capital Markets Managers or Associates. By joining DoorFeed, you will play a crucial role in shaping our growth trajectory, directly contributing to expanding our market presence and enhancing our platform’s capabilities.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities and facilitating deals between asset owners and global institutional investors. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep passion and understanding of structuring deals, and the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Identification and Facilitation: Identify opportunities and match interests between institutional investors and asset owners, leveraging the power of DoorFeed’s end-to-end platform.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate with the founder/CEO to extend DoorFeed’s platform offerings to real estate institutional investment managers, identify entry points, and structure mutually beneficial products.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Support the CEO in negotiating and closing deals between buy-side and sell-side parties, serving as the primary point of contact and managing the entire process from initial contact to agreement closure.
  • Strategic Contribution: Creatively connect the dots to prioritise opportunities that will drive business growth and product innovation.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with institutional real estate buyers and sellers, staying attuned to their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
  • Professional Experience: 2-7 years of relevant experience in a leading investment bank, management consultancy firm, or real estate brokerage in a client-facing role, demonstrating high performance in a demanding environment. Experience in sales & trading is a strong plus.
  • Ownership: An expressed love for ownership, responsibilities and autonomy. Result-oriented and motivated by performance-driven remuneration.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities and active listening skills, essential for crafting compelling narratives and interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
