The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in our London office. You will leverage data science techniques to analyse and model data from hundreds of thousands of property listings every day, using AI and machine learning to enhance our data-driven insights and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to improve property valuation and predictive analytics and build these into our data pipelines.
• Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights about the real estate market.
• Collaborate with data engineers to maintain and enhance our data pipeline, ensuring data quality and accessibility for analysis.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in Python, SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and Python libraries.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to come into our central London office 5 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS (or other cloud platforms) services (S3, RDS, Lambda, EC2).
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Experience working with real-estate data.
