The Opportunity:
We are expanding our Commercial team and seeking a creative and motivated Marketing generalist to help build and execute our sales & marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and manage a wide range of marketing and sales support content, including pitch decks, sales materials, website copy, and LinkedIn posts. You will also manage our brand presence and public relations efforts, as well as lead strategic marketing campaigns and organise key client events. This is a dynamic role for someone looking to make a meaningful impact on our growth and brand positioning within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Sales Support: Develop marketing materials such as pitch decks, sales collateral, product presentations, and website content, and manage social media content (primarily LinkedIn). Support the client advisory team with tailored marketing content for client pitches.
- Brand Management & PR: Oversee brand consistency across all platforms, manage PR efforts, and build relationships with media outlets. Ensure clear and effective communication of company, product, and brand messaging.
- Marketing Strategy & Event Management: Lead the development of marketing strategies and execute campaigns. Plan and manage client events, webinars, and participation in key industry conferences.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis; Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance DoorFeed’s market positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management or a related field.
- Professional experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing or PR, ideally within B2B startups, management consultancy, banking or fund management, real estate investment management. Direct exposure to FinTech/PropTech a strong plus.
- Outstanding communication skills: experience in managing company, product, and brand messaging to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Ownership: An expressed love for ownership, responsibilities and autonomy. Result-oriented and motivated by performance-driven remuneration.
- Analytical mindset: Having the ability to interpret market research and deliver actionable insights.
- Design thinking: Focus on understanding problems and delivering solutions to users. Knowledge of marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and design software is a plus.
- Agile Learning: A quick learner who can rapidly assimilate new information, adapt to changing circumstances and thrive on new challenges.
- Languages: Native fluency in English a must; proficiency in French/German a bonus.
