Our mission
Our mission at Ezra is to detect cancer early for everyone in the world. We have developed a new way to screen for cancer everywhere in the body using a full body MRI powered by Artificial Intelligence.
We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer membership. Our members sign up for Ezra, visit a partner imaging center to get a full body MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report within 5-7 business days. Our scans and reports are all supported by AI.
Your mission
You will create compelling and highly effective co-marketing and co-branding programs with our Imaging Partners (we now have over 60 locations across the US and are expanding into international markets).
Your responsibility will be to ensure that our members have a fantastic brand experience onsite at our partner imaging facilities. You will also co-develop marketing programs and optimize demand generation for all partner clinics.
You will have the opportunity to turn insights and data into programs that help people detect cancer early, and work closely alongside our imaging partners to delight our customers.
This role will require a deep understanding of partnership marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
As the Marketing Manager, Imaging Partners at Ezra, you will:
- Collaborate with our Clinic Expansion, Marketing, and Engineering teams to develop impactful marketing initiatives with our Imaging Partners.
- Plan and execute marketing plans for new facility rollouts, including website, social, PR, and in-clinic initiatives.
- Design and implement strategic marketing programs targeting in-clinic engagement, email campaigns, and outreach to Physician partners.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards.
- Collaborate with our Imaging Partners to understand their marketing goals and objectives, provide input regarding marketing materials and work with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to conduct A/B testing, analyzing customer responses to optimize program effectiveness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to imaging partners’ customers, contributing to revenue growth.
- Address any partner concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, with a strong focus on marketing.
- Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, and branding.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and analytics departments.
- Client-Focused: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism

Salary: $80,000-$150,000
