Our mission at Ezra is to detect cancer early for everyone in the world. We have developed a new way to screen for cancer everywhere in the body using a full body MRI powered by Artificial Intelligence.
We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer membership. Our members sign up for Ezra, visit a partner imaging center to get a full body MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report within 5-7 business days. Our scans and reports are all supported by AI.
About the Role
We are seeking a CRM Manager to join our Growth team. You'll develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, boost revenue, and achieve growth objectives. This role combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and creativity to maximize impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to increase member lifetime value and align with business goals.
- Lead campaign planning, targeting, segmentation, deployment, and optimization using A/B testing.
- Track and report campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for improvements.
- Design and manage automated workflows (e.g., welcome sequences, retention campaigns).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, product, and growth teams, and manage external partners.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Create compelling content in partnership with marketing and design teams.
- Integrate email efforts with our customer data platform (CDP) and marketing tools.
- Ownership of all operational and transactional communications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing and campaign management.
- Strong analytics and reporting skills.
- Experience with Customer.io, Salesforce, and lifecycle marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or related industries.
- Experience writing and owning product communications
