Role:

Social is the pulse of culture—and this role owns it. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability seat that drives both growth and brand. You’ll scale reach and relevance fast, set creative standards, and win in real time across platforms.
You’re a strategist, creative director, and operator in one. You ship relentlessly, defend your POV with data, and believe community is the strategy. If you haven’t personally posted, responded, or made calls in the moment, this isn’t for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth at Scale

  • End-to-end ownership of multi-channel social growth with a mandate for step-change results.
  • Proven performance across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook—each with a clear role.

Strategy That Ships

  • Build and run an always-on, performance-driven social engine.
  • Translate company priorities into platform-native content and experiments.
  • Move on signal, not ego.

Creative Leadership

  • Set the creative bar with exceptional taste and cultural judgment.
  • Decide what to ignore, adapt, or originate—no trend chasing.
  • Create formats and moments others copy.

Craft Obsession

  • Sweat the details: voice, captions, pacing, color, typography, systems.
  • Make Function recognizable without a logo.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and act early.

Community Is the Strategy

  • Model best-in-class real-time engagement: fast, human, on-brand.
  • Build teams, processes, and response frameworks that scale quality at speed.

Performance & Influence

  • Define the metrics that matter and hold the line.
  • Clearly report impact to leadership.
  • Teach the org how social drives the business.
