You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with the rest of the company. More on the role

Reporting into Kate Jarvis, CEO, you’ll be spending your time adding logistical, operational and organisational value across the board - from helping our two founders find the time for company-critical tasks, to making sure we put our best foot forward at conferences, to ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine - every day will be a little different, and the level of work you do and responsibilities you’re given will only be limited by your capabilities and desire.

Day to day, you will…

• Provide executive assistance to the CEO - managing (some) external communications, chasing sales leads who need chasing, organising her diary, booking her transport, compiling meeting agendas and preparing materials
• Collaborate with our CPO, Johnny, on Product tasks - like crafting customer-facing release notes, and developing product demos - as well as providing executive assistance as needed
• Support our Business Operations Lead on internal operations and marketing - from organising a team retreat, to building out our internal knowledgebase, to crafting compelling marketing content
• Own Events logistics - events are a big part of our Sales strategy and you’ll be taking an active role in making our events attendance and hosting a success
• Manage office operations, including overseeing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, procedures, and documentation
• Undertake special assignments or projects as assigned by the founders
• Lend a supportive hand wherever needed across the business

What we're looking for

Experience in a high-growth startup is required. We're a small team of skilled and independent contributors - and we need someone who can hit the ground running right alongside them 🏃‍♀️

Must

• Worked directly with senior leadership team members
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity; who can work from scratch with limited data to drive decisions, and then execute effectively
• Strong organisational and time management skills, and can prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people
• Proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Fast learner that loves to take responsibility with ability to deliver strong results and impact business decisions
• Keen bean about AI - you don’t have to come from an AI company, but you should be using it regularly in your professional or personal life
