Role Overview

We’re seeking a driven and dynamic Founding Sales Development Representative to join our team. As one of our first sales hires, you’ll play a critical role in building our sales development function from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to be a trailblazer—helping to shape strategies, processes, and tools that will fuel our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Research potential customers, build target account lists, and execute personalized outbound campaigns (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate interest.
  • Pipeline Development: Book high-quality meetings and demos to drive sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the Head of Sales to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and processes.
  • Experimentation: Test and iterate on strategies and messaging, sharing insights with the team to continuously improve.

  • Proven SDR Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS SDR role with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Outbound Sales Tools Expertise: Familiarity with tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, or similar for outbound prospecting.
  • Passion for the Industry: An interest in Real Estate, Financial Services, or AI—and the ability to connect with customers in these spaces.
  • Strong Written Communication: You excel at crafting concise, engaging messages tailored to your audience.
  • Work Ethic & Competitiveness: You bring a fierce work ethic and a competitive
    drive to succeed.
