About Flagcat:
Flagcat is a webtoon studio building its own proprietary engine to produce top notch original series.
The company just raised €2 million and aims to become one of the major european players in manga, webtoon, and animation.
In addition to its studio activity, Flagcat owns social apps used by several million manga and webtoon fans every month.
Job description & missions:
We are looking for an experienced illustrator to work on our next action webtoon.
You will be responsible for Line Art for every chapter - helped by other illustrators - and some of the Character Design & World Design. In close collaboration with the writer, you could also choose to be involved in storyboarding.
By joining Flagcat, you will have the opportunity to participate in the launch of a webtoon super-production, read by millions of fans.
Required skills:
You already illustrated a webtoon.
You can draw in the style of action webtoons like Solo Leveling
You master the arts of drawing and coloring.
You can draw quickly.
You are comfortable with digital illustration tools (ClipStudioPaint, Photoshop, or others).
You are a webtoon fan.
Bonus:
You have experience in manga/webtoon/comics storyboarding.
You worked for a top Korean studio
Flagcat offer:
Salary €35K-€45K depending on profile.
Remote work or on-site (our offices are located in Paris, République).
