We are a tight-knit, dynamic team of innovators and we’re looking for a Meta Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist to help accelerate our growth. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, particularly Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and want to be part of a growing AI company with a global reach, then this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Meta Ads Campaigns: Take ownership of our Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) strategy, from execution to optimization, driving impactful business results and increasing brand awareness.
Advanced Analytics & Tracking: Use Meta Pixel to track performance, optimize conversions, and refine retargeting strategies. Your insights will directly influence marketing decisions and campaign success.
Creative Strategy: Write engaging, persuasive ad copy and collaborate with our design team to craft eye-catching creatives that maximize campaign impact.
Optimize & Analyze: Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze conversion rates, identify trends, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with broader business goals, ensuring all marketing efforts support overall strategy.
Work Directly with the CEO: Get a unique chance to collaborate closely with our CEO to align marketing strategies with the company’s vision, contributing to key business decisions and growth strategies.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven Experience: You have a solid track record of running successful Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
Creative & Analytical: A strong blend of creative thinking for ad copy and design, plus the analytical skills to dive deep into data to optimize campaigns.
Meta Pixel Expertise: Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel for tracking, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and using data to refine strategies.
Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate campaign strategies, performance, and results across teams.
Autonomous & Collaborative: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also collaborate effectively in a small, agile team.
Bonus Points for:
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
Familiarity with additional digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.
A deep interest in AI, technology, and how digital marketing evolves in innovative fields.
