About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to lead our vendor payments, expense management, and purchase order processes across multiple entities. This role will oversee all aspects of AP, corporate card and T&E policy compliance, vendor onboarding, and payment operations. The AP Manager will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled disbursement processes, while driving efficiency and scalability as transaction volumes increase.
The ideal candidate has strong technical AP knowledge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also providing leadership and structure to a growing team.
Key responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end AP process, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs.
Oversee purchase order (PO) management: tracking, approvals, reconciliations, and vendor communication as PO volume scales.
Ensure all invoices and payments comply with company policies, approval matrix, and audit requirements.
Administer and oversee corporate credit card program (Ramp/Amex), including issuance, monitoring, and compliance.
Perform AP-related reconciliations and assist with month-end close processes.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of relevant accounts payable experience
Familiarity with multi-entity and foreign currency transactions.
Demonstrated ability to enforce policies, implement processes, and scale AP operations
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Netsuite experience required/strongly preferred.
Experience with Ramp (or other corporate card platforms) is a plus.
