About FluidStack
Fluidstack is the AI Cloud Platform. We build GPU supercomputers for top AI labs, governments, and enterprises. Our customers include Mistral, Poolside, Black Forest Labs, Meta, and more.
Our team is small, highly motivated, and focused on providing a world class supercomputing experience. We put our customers first in everything we do, working hard to not just win the sale, but to win repeated business and customer referrals.
We hold ourselves and each other to high standards. We expect you to care deeply about the work you do, the products you build, and the experience our customers have in every interaction with us.
You must work hard, take ownership from inception to delivery, and approach every problem with an open mind and a positive attitude. We value effectiveness, competence, and a growth mindset.
Focus Areas
Build and execute on a long term roadmap that creates the best in-house AI cloud platform, as well as one that can serve as a white label "AI cloud in a box".
Grow our platform both internally and externally, working with compute OEMs, supply partners, our FDE team, and our customers.
Create a two-sided marketplace, balancing customer demand and compute supply, optimizing for time to capacity as well as strong unit economics.
Build the app marketplace with integrated ML frameworks, deployment templates, and one-click solutions that accelerate customer time-to-value.
What You'll Do
Define and own the Atlas product roadmap, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform evolution

Establish key metrics and KPIs for platform health, marketplace efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats
Partner with engineering to translate customer problems into elegant technical solutions
Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex distributed systems features
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning with engineering teams
Make trade-off decisions on features, technical debt, and operational improvements
Engage directly with customers to understand their AI infrastructure needs, pain points, and workflows
Work with compute partners to onboard their infrastructure, understand their constraints, and build features that increase their success
Collaborate with FDEs to understand deployment patterns, reliability issues, and operational challenges
Synthesize feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams into actionable product improvements
Partner with Marketing and Sales to position Atlas features and communicate value propositions
Create technical content, documentation, and enablement materials for internal and external audiences
