We’re working with urgency to make AGI a reality. As such, our team is highly motivated and committed to delivering world-class infrastructure. We treat our customers’ outcomes as our own, taking pride in the systems we build and the trust we earn. If you’re motivated by purpose, obsessed with excellence, and ready to work very hard to accelerate the future of intelligence, join us in building what's next.

Core Responsibilities

People & Workplace Support

Handle day-to-day operational needs including onboarding/offboarding, employee support, relocations/visa logistics, and office/event coordination.

Operations Execution
Be a reliable partner to Finance, People, IT, and Legal - supporting vendor coordination, travel, systems (e.g. CRM), and general operations.

Scaling Infrastructure
Help lay the foundations that allow the company to continue to grow at an exceptionally fast rate - setting up new processes, supporting compliance, payroll, and international entity expansion.

Cross-Company Project Management
Act as a project manager for initiatives across the business. Whether it’s a new process, a cross-team rollout, or a one-off leadership request, you’ll scope feasibility, plan timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and drive execution to completion.

Day-to-Day

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks with a high degree of autonomy

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions

  • Interest in or exposure to the tech/AI industry preferred but not required

  • Someone who can "hit the ground running" and take full ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
