About the Role
In this role you will be leading capacity planning and management programs to ensure Fluidstack’s datacenter infrastructure supply meets our customers’ demand for compute, storage, and high-performance networking. You will drive cross-functional initiatives that balance capacity requirements, cost efficiency, supply chain constraints, and business objectives while managing billions in annual infrastructure investments.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of technical program management, capacity planning, supply chain planning, or infrastructure planning experience at large scale.
Background in supply chain management including demand-supply matching, inventory optimization, procurement planning, and logistics coordination.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to present complex technical and business concepts to executive leadership and customers.
Strong program management skills including planning, execution, risk management, and delivering results in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in forecasting, demand planning, statistical modeling, and data analysis
Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis and modeling; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Deep understanding of datacenter infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, supply chain, and operations teams in fast-paced technology environments.
Strong business acumen with ability to balance technical requirements, financial constraints, and strategic objectives.

The salary range for this position is $125,000-$165,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
