Role Overview

At GetAgent, our sales team focuses on maximising new customer acquisition and minimising churn. Armed with quality vendor leads generated within the business, our sales representatives are responsible for contacting agencies, building relationships and ultimately securing their commitment to an ongoing partnership with GetAgent.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Sales Manager to join the GetAgent team and take responsibility for the day to day management of the sales team, training, development and outputs, motivating them to achieve great results.

Alongside the team management responsibilities, there will also be a focus on assisting with key client accounts, resolving of partner issues and working with our CEO to define and improve sales strategy and conversion. This role offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to become part of the next successful stage of a high-growth and profitable PropTech business.

What you'll be doing

  • Management of 6 direct reports, from day-to-day management of performance metrics, to longer term training and development

  • Working closely with the CEO to align the sales strategy to our business objectives

  • Hiring and retention of the sales team members

  • Continuous analysis of the sales funnel and the conversion metrics required to hit targets

  • Management of key clients to maintain and progress our working relationships

  • Working closely with various stakeholders across the business to maximise selling opportunities

  • Reporting and evaluation of sales data

What we'll need from you

  • You are a passionate, high-energy motivator who loves to maximise the potential of others

  • You have proven success in a target-driven sales management role, ideally with B2B experience

  • You’re an excellent all-round communicator

  • You can demonstrate strong phone sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • You’ll be data driven - comfortable with analysing and presenting sales data; and using this data to inform strategy
