Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager at GetAgent, you will play a pivotal role in managing our top 80 existing accounts including some of the industry’s biggest companies. This requires quarterly catch-ups, acting as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, and identifying opportunities to grow account value. We are seeking a friendly, natural communicator with excellent organisational skills. The ideal candidate has significant account management experience, preferably in the estate agency market, and excels at relationship building.


What you'll be doing

  • Conduct quarterly catch-ups with key accounts

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance account value

  • Interpret and present data to support performance and retention efforts.

  • Construct compelling presentations

  • Understand and optimise business processes

What we'll need from you

  • Experience working in account management, preferably in the estate agency market

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent organisational abilities

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities

  • Proficient in constructing presentations

  • Understanding of business processes
