The GetAgent product is already quite broad, and will only become more-so as we add more verticals! You will help shape how we design products at GetAgent and ensure we maintain great design thinking principles into all of the new ideas we create.

What you’ll be doing

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our products. Reporting to the Design Lead, you’ll collaborate across teams and work on projects that have a direct impact on our customers and business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Product Growth Design

• Iterate on existing product features and design new ones under the guidance of the Product Design Lead.

• Optimise user flows based on product metrics, user psychology, and feedback to enhance conversion rates and discoverability.

• Leverage learnings to refine and validate design decisions.

Communication Design

• Create landing pages for marketing campaigns with a user-centric and marketing-savvy approach.

• Design visuals (banners, simple photo edits, visual elements) for emails without direct supervision.

• Occasionally produce other communication assets (PDFs, LinkedIn posts, email signature banners, etc.) for cross-functional teams.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Developers, Product Manager, and the Growth team stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication.

• Maintain transparency on project progress, gathering feedback and iterating efficiently.

What we’ll need from you

• Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.

• Strong grasp of design thinking principles, focusing on user-centric solutions informed by product metrics and user psychology.

• Confident in designing visually engaging assets for digital campaigns and product interfaces.

• Comfortable collaborating with developers, PMs, and other growth team members to deliver effective designs and presenting them to stakeholders like CTO and CEO.

• Willing to experiment, learn from data, and iterate quickly.

• Demonstrates ownership, transparency, and a collaborative spirit in day-to-day work.
