We are searching for a talented Junior to Mid level Financial Analyst/Associate reporting directly into the CEO, to be based in Berlin. You will take care of analyzing our financial KPIs, giving advice in strategic and financial decisions directly to the CEO and to senior leadership working closely with our Finance and Commercial department as well as other internal stakeholders.

🎯 What you will contribute:

  • Evaluate the financial performance for various iniatives creating insightful reports and dashboards to be used in decision making
  • Act as a financial sounding board to the CEO and prepare strategy and decision papers
  • Establish stronger data transparency, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Work closely with various business stakeholders across the entire org
  • Lead new initiatives and developing live reporting for continual performance tracking

🤝 What you bring:

  • A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or in another relevant field and 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in investment banking or similar roles;
  • Relevant working experience in financial modelling and/or controlling through previous roles
  • A solution-orientated focus, which aims to create automations and increased efficiences through excellent Excel and ideally SQL skills;
  • Not only a numbers and data-driven mindset, but the ability to convey the results through strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
