We're proud to champion a more sustainable way to use tech. With an average of 3-4 rental cycles per device depending on the category, we estimate that the rental of our portfolio from 2015-2021 resulted in 160,000 fewer e-waste products and about 250 tons of e-waste.

- Track and document the performance of various planning and inventory-related inventory-related metrics
- Work closely with other Circular supply chain teams, as well as Grover’s Finance, Category management / Procurement, Marketing, Pricing, and other relevant teams to ensure everyone is looking at the same inventory and forecast information and understands how each plays a role in making it a reality
- Driving continuous improvement efforts in your area of responsibility
