We're looking for an Office Manager, keen to join a small but growing team, playing a crucial role in cultivating a positive work environment and supporting our Finance & People teams.
What will make you successful at Hole19
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and external visitors while offering polite and professional assistance
Craft company-wide internal communications
Oversee smooth office operations, ensuring an optimal work environment
Handle inventory, stationery, procurement and correspondence
Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
Manage facilities and the office supplies, including budgeting
Ensure compliance with office health and safety policies
Provide administrative support to colleagues as needed
Assist with administrative activities for the People and Finance teams
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle accounts payable and monthly accounting documentation
Organize company events and meetings
Ensure travel policy, booking transport and accommodation
What do you bring to the “course”
3+ years experience in administrative roles, preferably managing an office in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in both oral and written English
Knowledge of office administration, systems and procedures
Experience supporting People and Finance teams is a plus
People person with good communication and negotiation skills
Organized, collaborative and fast learner with a proactive and hands-on attitude
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
Ability to multitask effectively
Passion for making a meaningful impact and working in a start-up environment
Team spirit with a problem-solving attitude
Creative thinking with the ability to suggest improvements
