The Role
As a Marketer, you’ll lead the charge in connecting with forward-thinking biopharma companies, showcasing why Inovia Bio is their indispensable partner. This isn’t your typical marketing role—you’re a strategist, storyteller, and data expert, crafting hyper-targeted campaigns with precision and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Strategy
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key biopharma decision-makers.
- Collaborate with commercial, tech, and medical teams to create personalised strategies that resonate with high-value accounts.
Mastering HubSpot
- Leverage HubSpot to build, automate, and optimise ABM campaigns, from lead scoring to nurture workflows.
- Dive into analytics to measure campaign performance, iterate quickly, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maximise HubSpot’s potential, creating complex workflows, custom reports, and segmented lists.
Partnering for Impact
- Work closely with biopharma partners to understand their challenges and position Inovia’s solutions as the answer.
- Translate complex technical innovations into compelling value propositions alongside tech and medical teams.
Shaping the Narrative
- Create high-impact content—whitepapers, case studies, webinars—that highlights Inovia’s disruptive approach.
- Craft bespoke messaging for each account, ensuring every touchpoint feels personalised and persuasive.
Who We’re Looking For:
- HubSpot Expertise: Certified in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or ABM tools) with experience building complex workflows, custom reports, and segmented lists.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in marketing analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, CRM reporting) to track ROI and pivot strategies.
- Copywriting: Ability to write compelling emails, landing pages, and content that balances technical accuracy with persuasive flair.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of ABM trends, biotech marketing strategies, and HubSpot updates.
- Intent Data: Familiarity with tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or Bombora to identify and time outreach to high-potential accounts..
- Simplification: Ability to distil complex technical propositions into clear, resonant messaging for scientific and commercial audiences.
- End-to-End Ownership: Proven track record delivering ABM programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- Adaptability: Recognise when campaigns need adjustment and propose new approaches.
- Content Creation: Experience producing high-impact assets like whitepapers, blogs, or videos for biotech audiences.
- Results-Oriented: Focused on building relationships and closing deals that transform drug development.
- (Industry Experience: Experience working in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry is a bonus, but not a necessity)

- Eligibility: Eligible to work in the UK or UAE (or willing to relocate to the UAE).
