In this role, you will help our customers be successful with our product while providing critical input for improving the product itself. You will work with our sales and engineering teams, in direct contact with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demo the product to potential customers.
  • Understand what customers want to build and translating it into integrations configuration and code. You will build a lot of prototypes / live demos.
  • Understanding issues customers have and helping solve them (both product-related and integration logic-related).
  • Providing feedback to our product team to make the product more and more self-service.
  • (optional) Improving documentation and other customer-facing artifacts.
  • (optional) Implementing changes in the product to make the customer experience better.

Requirements

  • Experience working with SaaS APIs and building integrations, with or without using tools.
  • At least basic understanding of front-end and backend development (to understand code snippets others create and make your own).
  • Great verbal communication skills (in English) - you will participate and lead customer calls.
  • Ability and desire to work autonomously - there will be no manager to tell you what to do every day.

Great to have

  • Understanding of business SaaS space (CRMs, task management, accounting, HR tools).
  • Experience with integrations platforms.
