The Mission
This is your chance to own and build a repeatable growth engine at a profitable, product-led startup. You’ll be our first growth hire: owning acquisition, testing channels, building systems, and making bets. You will start by owning top-of-funnel, but you’ll help shape the whole GTM machine. This is not about inheriting a system. This is about building one and becoming known for it.
You’ll Work With
Founder (sales/onboarding) • BD caller (warm outbound) • Designer (creative) • Support assistant (CRM/admin) • Engineers (shipping fast).
You Might Be a Fit If
* 2–4 yrs in an early‑stage (<20 people) startup
* Helped take GTM from 0 → something real (hands‑on, even if you didn’t lead)
* Now you are ready to lead and want full ownership
* You act fast, test fast, learn fast – and think in ROI, not vanity metrics
* You’re scrappy, decisive, unafraid to be wrong
* You enjoy writing copy, launching ads, and making things happen quickly
Where This Role Can Go
* Head of Growth – own strategy, team, budget

* Senior IC – stay deep in execution and scale the engine
What You’ll Get
