As JOIN continues to grow, we’re looking for our next Account Executive Mid Market to help drive double-digit growth and solidify our leading position in the short-content vidéo market. This role is an opportunity to join a high-performing and tight-knit Sales team, where teamwork and determination are the main performance drivers.
You’ll report directly to Jonathan, our CEO, and work closely with Damien, our Team Lead AE, who will support you in quickly honing your skills. As part of the team, you will be responsible for nurturing a pipeline of mid-market and key accounts leads, and actively participating in the growth of JOIN!
🎯 Your Missions
As an Account Executive Mid-Market at JOIN, your role will be to drive our expansion by targeting fast-growing mid-market brands and key accounts. You’ll be responsible for building a strong pipeline, guiding prospects from demo to closing, and securing high-value deals that contribute to our ARR growth.
Here’s what your mission will look like if you join us:
- Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with mid-market brands and key accounts, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Work closely with prospects to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how JOIN can help them boost engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Solution Presentation & Product Demos: Deliver personalized, value-driven demos, showcasing how JOIN’s video commerce and advanced analytics features address their specific needs.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Own the full sales cycle, from contract negotiation to deal closure, ensuring strategic mid-market wins that drive MRR growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Tech & CS teams to guarantee smooth onboarding and long-term value for clients.
- Industry Events & Networking: Represent JOIN at key trade shows and industry events such as 1to1 Monaco/Biarritz, Tech for Retail, as well as JOIN’s own events, to build relationships and generate business opportunities within the mid-market segment.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot CRM, providing visibility on deals and revenue projections to the leadership team.

💰 Salary
Annual compensation between 50- 57K€ +8% of new business generated (uncapped).

👌 You're a great match if...
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, within a B2B SaaS environment, selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are eager to be part of a high-growth company that is shaping the future of video commerce.
- You are fluent in French and have a strong command of English—able to adapt your pitch, persuade stakeholders, and engage confidently with international clients.
- You have a full sales cycle mindset: from proactive prospecting to deal closing, you know how to identify high-potential accounts and turn them into long-term clients.
- You have a consultative approach and can build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, from operational teams to technical decision-makers and C-level executives.
- You understand marketing performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, conversion rate, bounce rate…) and data-driven sales approaches, making it easier for you to showcase JOIN’s value.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and a structured, data-driven sales process is a strong plus.
