How we eat and what we eat is changing, and changing fast. Yet, plant-based products are still seen as an “alternative”, which usually means a compromise. We are changing that starting with our ‘Collection 01’, a dairy-free experience consisting of three products: Burrella, Crematta and Superstraccia.

We are a rapidly growing venture-backed food brand that has raised over £6m to date from top tier investors. Currently, we are hiring for London-based roles with ample opportunities to build, learn, and grow. The team is composed of experienced operators with backgrounds in building long lasting F&B concepts as well as high scale tech ventures.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an OOH Commercial Manager to look after foodservice accounts and national wholesalers. An important element of this job will be to work with contract caterers and manufacturers to show them the innovation happening in the plant-based space and why they should be using our products.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish and grow national wholesaler relationships to unlock medium to large scale opportunities within Hotels & Restaurants, Leisure, Healthcare, Education, Corporate Offices

  • Work closely with regional wholesalers to grow independent portfolio

  • Manage CRM systems rigorously to track pipeline progress and key events

  • Grow distribution of products and arrange NPD launches with strategic partners

  • Produce a sales forecast and continuously monitor and report to wider commercial and

    production teams

  • Utilise data and insights to make strategic decisions and drive growth

  • Plan, arrange, and review promotional activity for your customers

  • Work cross functionally with marketing team to plan activations

  • Visit customers and establish long-lasting relationships where possible

  • Manage day-to-day account admin such as invoicing, accruals, and customer onboarding

Deliver internal reporting for the commercial and the leadership teams

Requirements

  • Experience of 3+ years in a multinational FMCG company Wholesale/OOH experience

  • Passion for food and a shared vision to deliver an exceptional service to customers

  • Willingness to travel to meet customers

  • Comfortable giving presentations and arranging tasting sessions

  • Exceptional negotiation skills

  • Field sales experience is a bonus

  • Perform great people skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate

    successful outcomes

  • Dynamic and presents a “can do” approach to move the business forward whilst wearing

    multiple hats to cater for different customers’ needs.
