THE KEY BITS

• Location: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located and have long-term working rights in the UK.

• Flexibility: We have office hubs in London and Boston, as well as no-office hubs in several European countries. We operate a choice-first work approach that lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if you’re near an office hub.

• Salary: We benchmarked ca. £28,000-£33,000 at IC1 level in our Progression framework for someone based in the UK.

• Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 2 hours over 2 weeks.

• Working hours: This is a 12 week fixed-term contract on a full time basis with the potential to transition into a permanent role if it’s a strong mutual fit.

• Start date: As soon as you can start.

Nice to have:

• You've worked in a fast-growing AI or SaaS startup.

• You've worked with Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, Workday or an API.

This job likely isn’t for you if:

• You’re not detail-obsessed. Spotting inconsistencies in data or contracts feels tedious, when in reality this precision is what ensures smooth customer activations.

• Figuring out new software and troubleshooting workflows isn’t your thing — you’d rather avoid the hands-on tool work this role demands.

• You don’t enjoy juggling multiple priorities. The team moves fast, and you’ll need to balance different projects, requests, and quality checks without losing focus.
