Technical Sales Support Specialist
You will be a Technical Sales Support Specialist in Germany or the UK and will provide valuable support to our sales team by effectively processing and responding to our client and prospect queries. In this role, you will ensure that leads are appropriately managed and data is maintained in a correct manner.
You will contribute to fostering positive client relationships throughout the inbound sales process, ensuring smooth operation of our sales team, and facilitating the achievement of sales goals.
- Supporting our sales team on working through incoming sales opportunities and liaising with our internal delivery and tech team (e.g help to translate our clients business requirements into detailed workflow descriptions of what technology solutions might look like)
- Analysing client requirements and preparing offers to facilitate sales (incl. RFP responses and drafting and communicating specific products and use-cases)
- Supporting the CEO and/or CSO on drafting and preparing specific outreach campaigns or preparing for large enterprise meetings
- Building rapport and running professional communication with clients
- Providing regular updates to the sales team
