Product designer
kelvin is looking for his/ her first Product Design hire!
This is a unique opportunity to join our mission-driven team committed to make substantial positive impact on the environment by improving and scaling efficiency and effectiveness of homes’ renovation projects.
As our first Product Designer, you will be responsible for the full user experience throughout our product, taking direction on the business goals and objectives from product management.
Since we are a very young team, but already with a lot on our hands, you will be asked to operate at both
very high-level design (such as designing the overall design system and interface with tech, set-up our design components, CSS tailwind or information architecture)
and at very concrete - hit-the-ground-and-run level details (pixel-specific mockups, prototypes, asset generation for multiple teams).
You’ll work hand-in-hand with both the product team and the tech team throughout the product development process. You’ll be able to influence what the product does as well as how it does it, keeping the user experience top of mind.
Getting Started: ASAP
Format: full-time
Paris (Station F 3 days/week)
Product: B2B SaaS to scale up the energy renovation of homes
Scope : a new product to emerge from the ground
You’ll be in charge of the early cycles of design ideations generating
Mockups/ Wireframes
Prototypes
Dev-ready designs
User Journey Maps
Assets generations for multiple teams (product, marketing)
Pre-requisites:
You have already evolved > 5 years in startup
You have refs as concrete on web as on mobile
You are senior, you are used to integrating easily into Tech & Product teams and you will quickly know how to appropriate a complex BtoBtoC scope
Knowledge in discovery / UXR / methods to address quickly complex problems
Strong bonus if you have experience with 3D objects and Motion Design
Bonus if you have already worked with frameworks like tailwind
