Description
Knostic is the world’s first provider of need-to-know access controls for Generative AI. We end LLM oversharing. RSA Launch Pad finalist, 2024, and Black Hat Startup winner for 2024.
This is your chance to join Knostic's core engineering team and shape the product to ensure a safer world powered by AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and build our scalable enterprise-grade control plane using industry best practices focusing on quality, performance, and delivery.
- Write well-crafted, tested, readable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code design, code review, and distribution knowledge.
- Develop distribution and deployment tools for different platforms.
- Collaborate with data-scientists, product managers and other team members to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Take end-to-end ownership of your deliverables.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js
- Expert knowledge of Python capabilities and limitations
- Understanding of front-end concepts and technology (React, TypeScript)
- Experience with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud-native development practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and self-driven
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to work in high-paced and dynamic start-up environments

Advantages
- Experience with React
- Experience with building CI/CD pipelines over Github Actions
- Experience building production-grade Node.js-based applications (preferably with TypeScript)
- Familiarity with LLM-based applications (LLM APIs, orchestration tools, Vector DBs, RAG)
- Integrating ML/AI models into production
- Participated in the Hackeriot mentorship program. (as a mentor or mentee)
- Past experience building B2B products
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Former management experience
