GMV is a key part of LandTech’s Land Intelligence strategy, extending insight beyond land assessment into how development proposals are shaped, communicated, and approved. 🚀
THE ROLE
This is a New Business Account Executive role focused on acquiring new Give My View (GMV) customers.
You will own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close. GMV sales follow a consultative, value-driven approach, involving senior stakeholders and multiple decision makers.
This is the first Account Executive dedicated to GMV, and you will lead the charge. That means getting yourself out into the market, building credibility, being present in the space, getting in front of prospects, and taking real ownership of GMV’s new business momentum.
We have a growing GMV customer base with strong retention. The opportunity now is to maximise demand, convert new customers, and turn market interest into repeatable revenue.
You will work closely with our Senior Client Services Manager and the Product team, helping shape both customer outcomes and how GMV evolves.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- New Business Growth: Close new GMV customers and deliver predictable ARR against target
- Market Presence: Get out into the market, build relationships, attend events, and get GMV in front of the right people
- Outbound Ownership: Proactively identify, engage, and convert new ICP accounts through focused, insight-led outbound
- Inbound Conversion: Progress qualified inbound opportunities with strong discovery and qualification
- Discovery & Value Positioning: Run structured discovery to understand consultation strategy, planning risk, and long-term objectives, and clearly articulate GMV’s value
- Deal Orchestration: Own multi-stakeholder sales cycles and drive deals forward with pace and intent
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned to coverage expectations
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate, evidence-based forecasts
- Customer Insight: Feedback clear insight into why customers buy, why they do not, and what they need next
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Client Services Manager and Product to influence delivery and roadmap decisions
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE & APPROACH
- Consultative & Value Led: Comfortable selling outcomes, evidence, and long-term impact
- Commercially Sharp: Understands how to qualify hard, protect time, and focus on deals that will close
- AI Focused and Curious: Interested in how AI and data support insight generation, consultation analysis, and sales effectiveness
- Multi-Stakeholder Selling: Confident managing complex buying groups
- Sales Foundations: Strong grounding in qualification, discovery, deal progression, and closing
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
- Experience selling B2B SaaS or services-led solutions
- Experience selling community engagement platforms would be great
- Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and close deals
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and limited process
- Experience selling into councils, developers, consultancies, planners or regulated environments is a strong advantage
