🍊Our mission

We're powering biology's century with radically faster, more reliable clinical trials. Every new treatment needs clinical trials to prove safety and efficacy, but today's infrastructure is stuck in the past- driving up cost, causing delays and ultimately meaning new treatments don’t get to patients. We're fundamentally changing that- not just being a "better CRO," but transforming how people think about developing new treatments, so patients can access breakthrough treatments faster.

Our impact speaks for itself: Since March 2021, we've powered 100+ clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients. We recently raised a $55M Series B from Balderton Capital, alongside backing from Creandum, Firstminute, Seedcamp, and Visionaries.

🍊What's it like to work here?

When you join us, you’ll experience:

  • High-Impact, Mission-Driven Work: Lindus Health is disrupting an outdated industry, giving you the chance to directly improve patients’ lives and see tangible results from your work.

  • Fast-Paced Growth & Ownership: We recognise hard work and outcomes over anything else. You’ll take on real responsibility, work across different areas, and actively shape the company’s success.

  • Collaborative, No-Ego Culture: Work with smart, driven people in a supportive and informal environment. At Lindus we break down silos, fun is a core value, and creativity is encouraged.

Ready to power biology's century? We'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Lead II to take on our most complex and challenging trials while developing the next generation of clinical operations professionals. This is a significant step up from Project Lead I, combining end-to-end ownership of complex and/or multi-country trials with people leadership responsibilities. You'll serve as the Trial Champion responsible for all aspects of trial delivery while line-managing a small team of Project Associates and Patient Recruitment Coordinators.

You'll lead 1-2 complex trials with full accountability, serving as the main sponsor point of contact while demonstrating advanced problem-solving capabilities for unexpected trial challenges. This role requires the building of deep expertise with our proprietary platform Citrus and the ability to proactively anticipate challenges and implement contingency plans. You'll also contribute significantly to clinical operations process development, training, SOP creation, and support business development efforts where capacity allows.

About You

We'd like to hear from you if…

  • You bring 7+ years of relevant work experience with demonstrable leadership in managing complex clinical trials.

  • You possess extremely strong core skills including project management, exceptional work ethic, ability to learn quickly, high ownership, and excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.

  • You have a solutions-focused mindset with strong initiative and the ability to make independent decisions on complex trial challenges.

  • You demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills and can proactively anticipate challenges and implement contingency plans.

  • You have experience leading complex and/or multi-country trials with multiple stakeholders.

  • You have proven people leadership experience and are excited about line managing and developing team members.

  • You can work independently while managing multiple complex priorities and making sound judgments with minimal supervision.

  • You have deep expertise in GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

  • You are comfortable contributing to process development, training, and business development activities.

  • You're proactive in contributing to new business opportunities and take initiative to network on behalf of the Lindus team.

  • You embody Lindus Health values: Be Transparent, High Agency, and Benefit Patients.

What You'll Focus On

  • Complex Trial Leadership: Lead 1-2 highly complex and/or multi-country trials with full accountability, serving as the main sponsor point of contact from setup to archiving. Navigate complex regulatory environments and multi-stakeholder relationships while delivering to time and target.

  • Advanced Problem-Solving & Process Development: Develop and optimize complex trial processes while proactively anticipating challenges and implementing contingency plans. Demonstrate advanced problem-solving for unexpected trial issues and contribute significantly to clinical operations process development, training materials, and SOP creation.

  • Budget & Timeline Management: Forecast and manage trial timelines and budgets for complex trials with accountability for all deliverables and resource forecasting across multiple countries and sites.

  • Line Management & Team Development: Line-manage a small team of Project Associates and Patient Recruitment Coordinators. Coach team members, provide direct feedback to enable personal development, and serve as a role model for clinical operations excellence.

  • Technical Excellence & Cross-Functional Leadership: Utilise our proprietary platform Citrus to maximum effectiveness while proactively managing risks. Serve as a key member of cross-functional projects, collaborate with leadership to resolve issues, and contribute to company-level process improvements and bid defences. Support business development efforts where capacity allows.
