About LiveFlow

We started LiveFlow in 2021 and today we help thousands of businesses to automate financial reporting. We’re a team of 34 people, mostly based in New York, London, and Sao Paulo.

We are backed by world-class investors like YC, YC Continuity, Seedcamp, WndrCo, Moonfire, Bradley Horowitz (VP Product, Google), Tomer London (Co-Founder, Gusto), and more.

About The Role

As Chief of Staff to Lasse, our CEO, you’ll work directly with him to solve critical problems within the business. This role is ideal if you aspire to become a Founder, CEO, COO, or general executive one day.

Important: Do not apply if the only thing that excites you about this role is the title. The Chief of Staff title has been overused and can often sound too fancy relative to what the job actually entails.

That said, you will work on some of the most interesting challenges within the business, and your learning curve will grow exponentially.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO: Any project or problem on Lasse’s plate is automatically on your plate. This means you’ll solve some of the highest-impact problems for the business.

  • Run a function: If a business area needs attention (e.g., customer success, product, or recruitment), you’ll step in and tackle it.

  • Drive accountability and oversee projects: You’ll lead internal meetings, oversee projects, and hold people accountable to their goals, ensuring we achieve the highest level of quality.

  • Assist with fundraising: You’ll help develop fundraising materials, manage investor databases, and refine our pitch.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of work experience, preferably in a high-accountability/high-work-ethic environment.

  • Extremely organized.

  • Ability to learn new business areas quickly; for instance, if you need to lead a department, you should be able to quickly learn its ins and outs.

  • Very analytical and able to break down complex problems into manageable chunks.

  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and executing them successfully.

  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of the drivers of a business.

  • Excellent financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets).

Major plus if you come from Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, or any similar work environment.
