We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to empower and enable our customers to achieve their goals using Loctax. We are looking for someone who can create raving Loctax fans by delivering a world-class customer experience.

As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for through-life customer care; translating your customers' reasons for buying Loctax into a well-structured onboarding and implementation plan, as well as collaborating with various internal teams to solve customer challenges and day-to-day questions. Most importantly you will be guiding your customers to be successful - making them Loctax customers for life. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to apply their tax knowledge in the tax-tech space, who thrives on creating and executing project plans and who wants to be part of the growing Loctax family!

What is Loctax?

Loctax is a Compliance, Risk, and Governance platform, purpose-built for in-house tax teams to centralise, analyse and take action on tax data.

By bringing together internal and external stakeholders, Loctax helps to achieve full control over tax compliance, risks, advisory projects, audits and other tax responsibilities. It empowers companies to digitalise their tax function and to communicate clearly about their total tax contribution.

The role

What will you do?

  • Be the main point of contact for a set of customers, leading and managing their through-life Loctax experience - defining exactly what it takes to make them successful using the platform and collaborating with them to achieve that.

  • Lead new implementations with new customers - defining success criteria and onboarding plans aligned to their goals.

  • Collaborate with our customers to build and execute customer success plans driving adoption and growth throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

  • Be the ‘voice of your customer’ internally - advocating for their requirements when necessary.

  • Partnering closely with our sales and product department & other internal stakeholders to provide customer testimonials, feedback and drive growth.

  • Scaling adoption by bringing fresh, innovative ideas, using tools and standardised materials to manage day-to-day operations.

  • Use data-driven approaches to identify risks and opportunities across your customer base, proactively communicating and addressing them.

  • Attendance of and possible participation in tax events as a Loctax representative.

About You

  • Must-haves: Tax Backgrounds & fluent professional English language skills.

  • Be Belgium based and able to travel to client meetings.

  • 4-6 years of experience as a client-facing tax consultant (direct tax / indirect tax / transfer pricing / international tax) at an international consultancy firm (Big 4 or other).

  • Proficient English verbal and written communication skills are a must, as you’ll be communicating with our customers daily.

  • You’ll be comfortable speaking to stakeholders at all levels across various departments - from Chief Financial Officers to Heads of Tax and junior tax analysts.

  • You’ll have strong project management skills - with a track record of delivering projects and getting meaningful results for your clients.

  • You’ll have strong problem-solving & analytical skills; formulating solutions that keep your customers moving towards their goals.

  • You can think outside a box and have demonstrated your creativity with customer engagement and problem-solving.

  • You are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys a rapid pace and wants to make a difference and drive success - both for our customers and Loctax.
